Our Process
It starts with a selection of woods. Pictured here are maple, cherry, and black walnut: We also use purple heart, cardinal and yellow heart woods.

Next, the wood moves through a table saw, a planer, a jointer, a router, and an oscillating sander:

This is where the smoothness comes alive - at the finishing table, where the boards are sanded and finished:
