Multiwood, 8" x 8" board, with 5" shallow concave indentation for efficient chopping of herbs, nuts, fruits, veggies, meats, etc

Ulu knife is meant to work with this board.  The Ulu knife was originally used by the Eskimos. 

All Mezzaluna boards are 8" x 8" unless a special order size
